Dear Madam,
Please accept this note of appreciation for an enjoyable visit with the Phillie Phanatic this past Saturday. My mom and I were two of the "big kids" in the audience … The happiness generated by the Phanatic bridges all age groups, as was quite evident by the wide range of ages amongst members of the audience. The Phanatic and his antics have certainly provided us with a great amount of pleasure over the years, as he is truly a unique character in the identity of Philadelphia.
I would also like to compliment the staff members at the Museum who were all accommodating and genial. It is precisely for institutions such as yours that we drive the 100 miles to Philadelphia as often as possible.
