Phil-A-Kid History Summer Camp

Monday, August 23-Friday, August 27, 2004.
9 A. M.-4 P. M. (pre and after camp care is available)

"Streets, Sidewalks and Waterways of Philadelphia" provides a fun-filled way for children ages 9-12 to explore the city and learn techniques to help them discover the history of their own neighborhoods. The weeklong program uses AKMP's new, larger-then-life map of Philadelphia as a starting place and continues with the exploration of the city's byways.

Fee: $200 per camper, $175 for siblings. Advance registration is required, accompanied by $25 deposit. Scholarships are available.

"I would recommend [Phil-A-Kid] to a friend so they can learn history while having fun." Brigid, age 9
