Conversations on Cool: The Delicious History of Warm Weather Treats--SOLD OUT
Learn about the storied success of ice cream and water ice making in Philadelphia including a panel discussion hosted by Marc Summers, Food Network host of "Unwrapped" and producer of "Restaurant Impossible".
Panelists include: Bassett's Ice Cream fifth generation owner Michael Strange, John's Water Ice third generation owner Anthony Cardullo and Franklin Fountain owners Ryan and Eric Berley. Also present will be ROOT organic alcoholic beverage which will be used to create adult ROOT beer floats.
Ice cream and water ice samples will be served alongside a cool dose of history.
